My Sister

Before we headed home we stopped by to see my little sister Chealsi and her new little place! She excepted a new job at the University of Utah Hospital. She has specialized in radiology. She is just loving it there in Utah. It was so nice to see her for a bit while we were there! 

Sheels

 We heard that Sheels was a really cool store. So while we were in Salt Lake we decided we would go and see what it was about! I do have to say it is a very cool store! It is a very expensive place to buy stuff at but there is nothing wrong with looking. They have every thing to do with sports that you can imagine. If you are looking for stuff for a particular sport this is the place to get it! Anyway we had a great time walking around and taking pictures at all of their little picture taken places!

One of the first things when you walk into Sheels you see this huge fairest wheel! Of course Bry really wanted to ride it.

 

 It only cost a $1.00 per person so Mac said he would take him!

They have the coolest fish tank there! These pictures don't do it justice! Mac really enjoyed looking at it!

They had this area where you could play around on a Jeep. Of course the boys loved it and I had to take pictures of them on it! They were quite silly on it!

The Aquarium

We went to Salt Lake not to long ago to go and see some family. While we were there we went to the aquarium. It was lots of fun! We went with Mimaw and Grumpy and then met up with some cousins there! Here are some pictures of us at the aquarium!

All in all everyone had a great time at the aquarium. After we left the aquarium we made our way to 5 Guys Burgers and Fries for some dinner. Thanks Grumpy, Mimaw and The Lloyds for letting us hang with you guys for a few days. It was fun to see everyone again!

Silly Boy!

Bry and I ran to Cal Ranch the other day to get some dog food. When we walked into the store Bry told me he wanted to go take a look at the toys for a minute. I told him that I was going to go and get some dog food and then I would be there to get him so that we could pay and be on our way. Well I went and got what I needed and then I made my way to the toy section. I found Bry there playing on this John Deere Tractor. He is so silly. Even though he is to big to play on the tractor he sure was having fun!

After a few minutes in the toy section we made our way to the register to pay for the food and we were on our way!

Another Check-Up

 The other day the boys had to go and see the Orthodontist. The boys seem to really enjoy going to the Orthodontist. Each time they go they get to change the colors of their bands. This is a big ordeal. Which color should they choose! Anyway the appointments went well!

 Well Kode has to have rubber bands now. He is learning for the first time how to put them on!

 (poor guy. hes gonna be very sore for a few days)

 (the rubber bands have to be changed out 3 to 4 times a day. So those will be different colors all the time) 

 

All in all the ortho appointments went very well. Both boys are on track. Kode has 1 more year left. Bry has at least 6 more months left (well for this 1st faze. he will have braces shortly after his night gear is gone)

Love that smell!!

Mac used our new popcorn popper tonight! It was a fun little treat to have air popped popcorn that smelled up the house just like it does at the movie theaters, but in our own house!  I think this is something that we are all going to enjoy for a long time! Then it was time to put in a movie and relax where it is nice and warm!

It's Fixed!!

Yea! My computer is finally fixed! It has been in the shop all week cause it had some virsus'! Its so crazy how much I depend on this laptop of mine and when its not working right it makes me just want to pull my hair out! Its been running pretty slow for a couple of weeks and I knew that it really needed to be taken I just kept putting it off and putting it off! But its fixed now and seems to be running great! Now I can blog!  

A New Man In Our House!

We have a new man in our house!

Its Mac!

Yes he decided to cut his goatee off. Its been over 1 year since he has been growing that thing. I am not really sure why he decided to cut it and I didn't even ask it just makes me so happy! (I did check to make sure he was feeling well after I realized he did this)

 

Anyway here is to our new man in our house!

Way to Cold

Dear Mother Nature,
      This 17 below zero weather is not working for us anymore! When my husband woke up this morning, he realized that our pipes to our kitchen sink were frozen. So now we cant use it! (that means that dirty dishes sit in the sink and that makes me very grouchy) Then when my husband went to go to work at 4:00 am this morning the brakes were frozen in the engaged position on his truck. He tried for a little bit in front of the house to get them to free. (I am sure the neighbors were so excited to be woken up by Mac at 4:00 am listening to him rev his engine up and listen to the tires squeal cause they were not wanting to move at all! And you know how he is! He has no patience for things like this!!!) So needless to say I had to take him to the bus stop!  Do you think you could PLEASE send us some warmer weather! Thanks!

p.s. Mimaw I kinda know how you feel by not having a sink to do any dishes in! Man it sucks and I don't have near the dishes you had.
