GaMe!

 Kode and his team had another game the other night! I have to say they played a good game! All the boys played hard and worked great together! They seem to be really getting into the grove pretty well!

 

and they won this game! 37 to 13!

just a skiff

So on Saturday we woke up to a skiff of snow. The boys were so excited to go out and play in the snow! You would have thought this was the first time we ever saw snow. Anyway the boys were on a mission to get their snow stuff on and get out there and play in it!

 First thing Kode did was shovel the drive way and sidewalks

(my four wheeler hasn't been started in a while so the battery is dead and its not quite ready for the winter months yet. Mac hasn't put on the blade on it yet either. Soon and he will)

 

 then he thought it would be fun to air the tube up and go sledding on it! But he soon realized that it was a lot of work and he didn't want to do it any more. So he cleaned up his mess and found his sled!

 

 Then all of the neighbor kids were off sledding in the weeds and the little skiff of snow we got!

They were having fun making new trails through the weeds!

 and then he got stuck!

 

Even thought it was very cold out the kids had a great time sledding for a while!

I decided since it was cold out that it would be a good idea to make some homemade chicken noodle soup! So that's what I did Saturday morning!

got all the veggies cut and the chicken cooked! I threw all of it in the crock pot to cook all day long!

 

Then for dinner we had yummy homemade chicken noodle soup and dinner rolls. It was a great way to end the day!

 So it was time for us to get ourselves to the air port and fly back home! I think everyone was exhausted and ready to be home again! We all had a great time but we were ready for some real home cooked food and our comfy beds at home!

Bry just ready to get on the plane! He was a little on the grouchy side that morning!

 

 and Kode just playing is DS to pas the time while we were waiting to board the plane!

 

 and the rest of us just chillin'!

 

 Finally it was time to board!

 

 We made it back to Salt Lake City International Airport! We were glad to be home again! Well not yet home for us. We still had to drive to Elko! But we were closer to being home!

We said goodbye to everyone!

 

 Then we found where we needed to wait for our shuttle! Kode is such a good helper with our bags

 

and then we waited! luckily it wasn't for long before our shuttle go there to pick us up! Then we were on our way back to Elko! Everyone had a great time in Vegas!

 

Now that we are home and all the bags are put away, all the laundry is done and I feel some what rested I think I can start thinking about our next vacation! Hmmmm

Last day!

 So this was our last day in Vegas. We decided to do some last minute shopping. If there was anything anyone wanted but hadn't gotten yet this was the time to do it! While we were out shopping we decided we better go and find another duffel bag so that we could get all the loot home! Anyway more about our last day in Vegas!

Kode found this HUGE coffee mug. He had already bought a different mug but he got a kick out of how big this one was!

 

The rest of the family had other things going on so after we were done shopping we dropped the bags off at the room and then took the boys down to the game area in our hotel. They spend a little more of their money to play a few games!

 Then when the boys were done playing games they had their tickets counted and decided to go in together on one large prize! They choose this Lego set!

(I though to myself now how am I gonna get this home. all of our luggage is very full and we have purchased 2 duffel bags to take the extra stuff home! where am I gonna stick that!) Well somehow I made room in one of the bags and we got it home!

 

Then that night we met up with the rest of the family for some dinner!

 First we had to walk through this really fancy mall! Us girls decided we needed a picture taken in front of all the bling! The mall was way cool but way expensive for my budget!

 

Then we were off to dinner. We ended up eating at a little pub! It was a very cute place and the food was good!

 Kode ordered a foot long hot dog! The thing was as big as he was!

He did a pretty good job of eating it all!

Then the kids wanted to order dessert! They had cookies and ice cream!

 

Then we were off to see The Blue Man Group!

 that was a pretty cool show!

 after the show the audience was able to take pictures with the men! It was pretty funny that the guy was mesmerized by Mac's goat!

 

Then after the show Mac, Chealsi, and Roger went to a pub

 (called 9 Fine Irish Men) for a bit. They had scouted out this pub earlier in the week and said that they would like to go to it! Mom, the boys and I took a few pictures and then called it a night! It was a very busy day and we were all getting very tired!

 I wanted a picture of us with the lights from the strip in the back ground!

Anyway our trip to Vegas was a fun one! We covered lots of ground on foot and our feet, legs, and backs were feeling it by now! So now it was time to go back to our rooms and finish packing. We were flying back home in the morning!
