school play

Bry was asked to be a part of a school play. (they asked each teacher in the school to choose 2 students from their class to be a part of the play) He thought that that was pretty cool that he was chosen from his class. All the children gathered twice a week for 3 weeks to practice and then last Thursday they performed their play. Bry was one of the cows and had a little part in the story that he had to say.
He really enjoyed doing this and said he would like to be apart of it next year. Great Job Bry we enjoyed seeing you in your play. (Kode had tutoring 4 days a week and would not be able to participate in the practices and he is not a big fan of standing up in front of people)

A little bit of orgnization here. . . .

The other day Bry and I were looking for something in his room and we just could not find it. So I decided that it was time to go to Home Depot and get some closet organizers. The closets in the boys room's were just not a very well set-up and it was time to change them.
this is all the stuff that was in one of the closet's what a big mess
Koda he is such a wonderful help. While Shawn was in his room putting together the organizer, Koda was in the other room taking down the old shelf and getting the closet ready for Shawn. He is such a wonderful little man!
thanks for all of your help Koda! We appreciate you!!

This is what the new organized closets look like now! Much better. We can actually find what we need!
Thanks Shawn for all of your hard work in installing the organizers. The boy's closets look much better! Now I guess we need to tackle our master bedroom closet. Wow that is going to be a project!

Valentine Cards

Bry writing out all of his Valentine Cards out. He was so excited to write out all his Valentine Cards. Of course they were Spongebob cards (what else would they be with this kid. He lives and breaths spongebob)
Kode did not want to make any Valentine Cards for his classmates this year (he just wanted to get some from them) They were having a Valentine party in his class. So I made sure we contributed toward the party with some food. He liked that idea!
All in all we had a great Valentines Day. I don't like going out on Valentines Day for dinner so we stayed home and all of us made dinner together. It was so much fun. Shawn and the boys got me a little something and I bought them a few things to get them ready for camping this summer. We hope everyone had a great Valentines Day!!
