totally bry. . . . .

so i saw this shirt at the store the other day and it so reminded me of bry. some days he is just a little stinker about listening. anyway it was a good laugh!!

A Great Day!

 Bry had a great birthday! He wanted to bring donuts to all of his classmates at school. (there is another friend in his class that shares the same day as he does. She really wanted to bring cupcakes to school. So Bry decided on donuts to share) That works for me. Easy to order and easy to bring to the school. Then for dinner we went out for dinner to his choosing. He choose to go to Dos Amigos. (yes we have other restaurants her in our town. It just seems like we eat at the same places all the time) Anyway, the food was great as usual! Then throughout the night family called him and wished him a happy birthday. Thanks for all the birthday wishes from all of our family and friends. Bry really appreciated it! All in all Bry had a great day!

then when we got home he went right to town and put together a Lego set that he got from Grams and Grandpa Roger! Thanks guys! That was a huge hit with both boys!!

then it was time to sing happy birthday to him from us and eat some brownies!

(that was his request. he didn't want cake, or cupcakes. he wanted brownies. ooh and you can't forget the 9 candles. Kode thought that was a little much!)

then after we had some dessert Mac brought up his gift from us. We had told him that we would have to order him a TV if that is what he really wanted. Little did he know we already had it! So he was very surprised!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MIMAW LONDON & BRYSON

 

Its hard to believe that Bry is 9 years old today!! It just seems like we were on our way to the hospital to have him not to long ago! Crazy how time flies!!

 

Anyway I hope Mimaw London and Bry have a great Birthday today!! 

Decorating!!

So the boys had asked a few times when we were going to get out our Halloween decorations (we usually decorate around September 15th. Well this year time is just going by so fast that September came and gone and the decorations were still in their boxes) Well it was time. So the boys got out of school early one day and we all came home and broke out the decorations. It was lots of fun decorating with them. They were so into it this year and that made it so much more fun! Anyway, this is what the house looks like now!

Then he had to put some fake rats and spiders on it!

 

then Kode wanted to hang the bats but he wasn't sure where so we came up with an idea. To hang them from the light in the kitchen. It turned out pretty cool!

 

 

He really wanted to do something in the walk way of the garage. I really didn't want anything on the floor (since we have animals and all putting things on the floor is not an option) So he came up with the idea of hanging some crate paper from the ceiling. It worked out great!

 

Then Bry thought it would be a good idea to decorate each lamp shade with a spider web and a large spider on them. A great touch. Thanks Bry!

 

All in all the house turned out great! We are officially ready for Halloween now!! I just love this time of year.
