Summer is officially over cause today the boys went back to school today! Wow where did the summer go, it went by so fast!
I was a little worried about the boys getting up for school today. (Since they have been staying up late most of the summer and then sleeping in until 9:30-10:00) But they did great about getting up and getting themselves ready for school. (I think they both are very excited for school.) Then they were on their way down for some breakfast. I asked them if I could take a few pictures of them for their first day of school. They did great and then that is when Bry lost it. He got very emotional. (he said he was worried about something happening at the house while he was gone, and then he said that he was worried about the dogs, and he was worried about not having any friends) He cried through breakfast, all the way down to the school, into the building and into the classroom. (this is so not like Bry) Once he saw some of his class mates he wiped his tears and was just fine. (his teacher said he had a great day) I am not sure what all that was about but the day was a great one!
Bry all ready for 2nd grade!!
Kode ready for 4th grade. He had a great day. He jumped out of the car when we got to the school and said "this is going to be a great day" and it was. His teacher said that he had a great day and she is so excited to have him in her class. I am so excited for this year. Its going to be a great year!!

Oh how i miss those boys! Spending that week with them was really so great, because I really got to know them better. We don't see you often and when we do it's not for very long.
You should have said a little prayer with Bryson. When we were in SLC hannah invited them to have family prayer with us one night and they both hopped right in. And after the 2nd night they requested things for us to prayer for.. usually it was you! But Hannah told them that they don't need to be worried about you because we prayed for you and Jesus will keep you safe. The innocence and truth of their little conversation was something I'll never forget!
