This past week we have been celebrating Cowboy Poetry within our community. Each day the boys would dress up in their cowboy gear! (well Kode has a different version. see below) Bry would wear his cowboy hat one day and then the next day he would wear his fedora hat. Anyway it was a very busy week. Kode got to go on a field trip to see some cowboys in action, then the school had a pancake breakfast, and one day they had a chuck wagon lunch (which consisted of hot dogs, chips, milk, and a cookie) Anyway we all had a great week!
Here is Kode in his version of a cowboy!
(he said he still needed to do his hair. He was not much into wearing a cowboy hat)
At school one of the days Kode made this paper bull!
then he created a wanted poster of himself! (it says I am brave, and helpful and determined) I just love the self portrait that he drew of him self. It cracks me up!
and Bry on this day he choose to wear his Fedora hat! He just loved dressing up like a cowboy all week.
