Kode has been asking if we could go to the peace park to see what it is all about. So we went and took a look at it! And much to my surprise it was pretty neat. I didn't know what to expect. I had just heard some rift raft about around town and so it was time to go down there and judge for ourselves!
So this is a map of the trails and different areas throughout the peace park. So we mapped out where we were going to go and then we were on our way!
Bry said he would lead us!
Our first stop was the Labyrinth
The boys really enjoyed doing this. They had only done one of these with paper n pencil.
they both finished in great time!
Just after the boys were done with the Labyrinth it started to rain and it rained hard!
So we took cover for a few minutes hoping that it would blow over!
So it looked like the rain was going to stop so we took a chance to investigate some more!
We found some bridges to cross and a few other fun things!
The trails fun to walk on, but then it began to rain again. So we decided it was time to head back to the car and be on our way. Today was not the day for us to be at the peace park! All in all it was fun to explore the park. We would like to go back and do some more exploring!
