~A Love Note~

The other day Bry unloaded all the papers out of his back pack on the table (like he always does) So that afternoon I went through all the papers and found a "love letter" that was wadded up under all the papers. I just laughed. (and of course took some pictures)

This is the front of the letter.

She drew a picture and wrote Bryson and Brenda (on the sidewalk)

Then when you turn the paper over it says

 "Can you  be my boyfriend Please (check Yes or No)

from: Brenda to: Bryson"

So when Bry came home from school that day I asked him who Brenda was and he said "Ooh some girl in my class" and then I asked him about the "love letter"  and he totally played like he knew nothing. He said he had never seen the letter before (Even though it was all wadded up. I am sure she didn't give it to him all wadded up like that) So I showed him the letter and he said "she is just a girl in my class and I am not her boyfriend" So I asked him "are you going to check yes or no?" He turned all red and said "I not checking anything mom!" (I wanted to keep the letter and save it with all of his creative art and things I have been collecting over the years but for some odd reason the letter has disappeared. MMMM)

When I showed Shawn he just laughed and then teased Bry a little! Bry is only 8 years old and in 2nd grade. I just can not believe he is receiving love letters already. Ooh boy I can already see that we have our hands full when he gets older! 

So I volunteer at the boy's school each week and when I was there I asked Bry's teacher who Brenda was and she pointed her out and then asked why whats up? So I told her about the "love letter" She just laughed and said "I have heard nothing and usually I hear some scuffle going around the classroom" She got a good laugh out of it though!
